Black Desert Mobile Enters Global Soft Launch Exclusively on Android

Black Desert Mobile Enters Global Soft Launch Exclusively on Android Tomorrow, October 24

Tomorrow, October 24, Black Desert Mobile will begin a global soft launch phase on Android only. That’s about a month and a half before the release of iOS.

This is the phone version of the smash hit PC and console MMORPG, Black Desert Online, if you haven’t heard of this yet. This seeks to imitate as much as possible the experience of its larger brother while making concessions for the smaller screen.

Black Desert Mobile was designed to replicate the MMORPG PC and console on the smaller screen

Though, we still have to get our hands on the mobile version, so we can’t tell how similar the two interactions are. Nevertheless, judging from what we have seen so far, it bears a lot of resemblance.

For one, the visual style is the same, many of the same classes are making the transition, all non-combat elements like agriculture, fishing, and more are present, and the action-packed battle is completely intact.

The only real difference doesn’t seem to be that the camera is behind the character model from an isometric perspective, rather than the conventional one.

The Black Desert Mobile Google Play site is already up, so if you want to find out more, go ahead and check it out. If we were you too, we would bookmark it, so you can keep checking back for the download button.
